We would like to introduce you to our staff and members of the Board of Directors:
Delaine L. Faris, MA, LCDC, CART
Executive Director
Delaine Faris currently is the Executive Director of the North Texas Recovery Foundation. She holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman's University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from West Texas A & M University. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor,a Certified Sports Counselor, and a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist and has been helping adolescents and adults, and athletes get and remail drug free for the last 20+ years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. In this capacity, she has worked with the criminal justice system, businesses, and other community institutions to further addiction treatment, prevention and education. She has also taught continuing education for other counselors in the fields of chemical dependency, music therapy, life skills and sports counseling. She has made regular guest appearances on MainStreet 990 AM radio, and TBN and conculted with USA Hockey and area hockey clubs regarding sportmanship and addiction.
Born and raised in west Texas, Delaine and husband Bob have been Lewisville residents for more than 20 years. They have a daughter, Melissa who graduated from the University of North Texas in 2009, and three cats.

Fran P. Lobpries is one of 4,837 Certified Fund Raising Executives in the world, and a publisher an director of several family held newpaper entities. Over the course of the last 19 years, she has worked professionally in the nonprofit arena to bring the same entrepreneurial zest that she imbued in her for-profit endeavors. Because funding is always the critical factor determining the amount of good and important programming that may take place in a nonprofit, Fran has focused on creating development offices for such Dallas organization as the Pines Catholic Camp, Wesley-Rankin Community Center and the Women's Museum, and currently with the Presbyterian Community Services Foundation. Each organization's donation increased over 300% in three years under Fran's direction, over $2 million dollars a year for the Dallas Women's Museum.
"As the product of a newspaper family, I have been keenly aware of the correlation between what people know is needed, and what they fund. Today, we are taking the first steps to raise awareness of the issue of addiction recovery and profice a method that lets people participate in changing the outcomes in our community," Fran shared. She and husband Mike have lived in the Dallas Area for the last 10+ years and have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

Travis Marshall
Travis has been involved with the North Texas Recovery Foundation since it's beginnings, and contributed much to it's formation. He now serves and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Travis formerly raced Ducati motorcycles as a profession and developed a new racing circuit for this area. He currently consults with Eagle's Canyon Racetrack just outside of Decatur, TX where he has built a regionally known and respected facility. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he and Meghan have lived in the south Denton County area for several years, and have just celebrated the birth of their daughter, Emma.

Maury Buford hails from Mount Pleasant, TX and completed a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University. From there he played professional football, most notably with the 1985 SuperBowl Champion Chicago Bears. He also played for the San Diego Chargers from 1982 - 2984, the New York Giants in 1988 and back with the Chicago Bears from 1989 - 1992.
Maury now owns and operates Buford Roofing, Inc. that does residential and commercial roofing, skylights, fencing and gutters all around the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
He and wife Dana were college sweethearts and now have been married 23 years. They have 4 children, 2 Pugs, 2 cats, and 10 fish.
