Belk's Charity Day

Belk's Department Store is one of the areas best supporters of Not For Profit organizations. Twice a year, in April and in November, they put everything in the store on sale and help us at the same time. We have tickets for this Charity Day which we sell to you for $5. These tickets enable you to come to the stores between 6am and 10am on the date in November, 2011, as yet to be announced. Then and shop to your heart's content. We will have tickets Sept. 16, and at our Italian Car and Motorcycle Festival. Or, you can also purchase tickets at the door. And, if you present your ticket at the register, $5 will be deducted from your ticket. It costs you nothing to help us, and you get a sale as well. On May 15, 2011, Amazing Jakes hosted a Sober Party and fundraiser for the North Texas Recovery Foundation and all our friends. Although our turnout was less than what we'd hoped, a good time was had by all. Amazing Jakes is inside the Collin Creek Mall in Plano, just north of the George Bush Turnpike on I-75. Come join us when we have this event again. We'll let you know because this is a blast!!!

The North Texas Recovery Foundation hosted its 2nd Italian Car and Motorcycle Festival on October 29, 2011 at the Cavanaugh Fligh Museum. Although attendance was not what we had hoped, a good time was had by all.
